Welcome to Minoan. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree
to the following terms and conditions.
1. GENERAL
Minoan is an online-based floral studio. All orders are processed digitally through
our website or designated ordering channels.
2. OPERATING HOURS
Our operating hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Orders and enquiries received
outside these hours will be attended to on the next business day.
3. COMMUNICATION
All enquiries and order communications are handled via WhatsApp only. We do
not accept phone calls to ensure clear and efficient handling of all orders.
4.ORDER REQUIREMENT
All orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance prior to the preferred
delivery date. We do not offer same-day delivery.
5.ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders are only confirmed upon full payment. Minoan reserves the right to
decline or cancel any order if necessary, with a full refund issued where
applicable.
6.PRODUCT NATURE
All floral arrangements are handcrafted and may vary due to seasonal
availability and natural variation of flowers. Each arrangement is made with care
while maintaining the intended style and value.
Due to the nature of flowers, blooms are subject to availability. In the event of
substitution, flowers of equal or higher value will be used while preserving the
overall design, colour palette, and overall mood of the arrangement.
7.DELIVERY ONLY
Minoan operates on a delivery-only basis. Self pick-up is not available.
