Due to the nature of fresh flowers and other perishable items, all sales are final.
1. Payment Methods
We currently accept payments via:
i. Bank Transfer
ii. DuitNow QR
iii. Touch ’n Go eWallet
iv. PayPal
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and verified.
2. Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations
i. We do not accept returns or exchanges for floral products.
ii. Non-refundable cases:
- Orders that have been confirmed and already begun preparation.
- Change of mind after confirmation.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by customer.
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery location.
- Orders placed without meeting the required 1-day advance notice.
iii. Returns or replacements are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item delivered.
- Damaged items upon delivery (must be reported within 2 hours together with photo proof).
- Order not delivered due to Minoan’s error.
iv. Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or excess payment made accidentally.
- Order unable to be fulfilled by Minoan.
- Major quality issue reported upon receiving the order.
If a refund is agreed upon by both parties, the floral product may need to be returned to Minoan for inspection and assessment before any refund is processed. This allows us to better understand the issue and maintain our quality standards.
If a product return is required, transportation costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to Minoan’s fault.
3. Incorrect Payment Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring all payment and transfer details are entered correctly. Minoan will not be responsible for any losses caused by incorrect transfers made by the sender.
4. PayPal Transactions
For payments made through PayPal, transaction fees charged by PayPal may be non-refundable depending on PayPal’s policy at the time of refund processing.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on the respective bank or payment provider.
