DELIVERY POLICY
1. DELIVERY ONLY
Minoan is strictly a delivery-only studio. Self pick-up is not available.
2. ORDER REQUIREMENT
All orders require a minimum of 2 days advance notice prior to the delivery date.
Same-day delivery is not available.
3. DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver within the Klang Valley only. Delivery availability will be
confirmed upon checkout or order confirmation.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Deliveries are made based on scheduled time slots and may vary depending on
location and order volume.
5. COMMUNICATION
All delivery updates and order coordination are handled via WhatsApp only. We
do not provide phone call support.
6. RECIPIENT AVAILABILITY
Please ensure the recipient is available at the delivery location. If no one is
available, we may:
Leave the item in a safe place (if applicable), or
Reschedule delivery with additional charges
7. DELAYS
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or
unforeseen circumstances.
