RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of fresh flowers and perishable items, all sales are final.
1. NO RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for floral products.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged items upon delivery (must be reported within 2 hours with photo
proof)
Order not delivered due to Minoan’s fault
3.REFUND PROCESS
If a refund is agreed upon by both parties, the floral product may be required to
be returned to Minoan for inspection and assessment before any refund is
processed. This is to allow us to understand the issue and maintain quality
standards.
If a product return is required, the transportation cost will be borne by the
customer, unless the return is due to Minoan’s fault.
4.NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by customer
Recipient not available at delivery location
Orders placed without meeting the 2-day advance notice requirement
